The TSRA Literacy Leaders is the state affiliate newsletter with a Texas focus.It is emailed on a quarterly basis to leaders of the local councils.It includes general and specific TSRA information about grants and awards, the state conference, leadership, governmental relations and upcoming events.The TSRA Literacy Leaders serves as a communication tool for the TSRA Board of Directors as they provide information to the local council/at-large members throughout Texas.
